Process Migrations involve a switch from a type or style of automation platform to another. Essentially it is a tool or technology switch, similar to moving photos and contacts from an old cell phone to a new phone. Large organizations with automation initiatives at one point or another will run into a scenario where a type of migration is necessary. There are 3 main types of process migrations that organizations use to enhance their transformation efforts.
